Methyl Red Sodium Salt
Acid base indicator, pH change range 4.4 (red) ～ 6.2 (yellow). Redox indicator. It is used to titrate ferrous ion with cerium sulfate.
Methylene Blue
A golden red, glittering gold or bronze powder. It is blue in water and slightly soluble in ethanol. The dye is yellowish green in concentrated sulfuric acid and turns blue after dilution. The aqueous solution with sodium hydroxide is purple and has dark purple precipitate.
Mordant Orange 1
Acid base indicator, pH 10.0 (yellow) - 12.0 (red). Metal colorant. 1% sodium salt is often used as indicator.
Mordant Yellow 1
Yellow powder. Soluble in hot water, soluble in ethanol. Slightly soluble in cold water, propanol, glycol and ether. In case of concentrated sulfuric acid, it is red yellow, diluted to produce green yellow precipitate, and in case of concentrated nitric acid, it is yellow amber solution.
Murexide
Red purple powder. It can form complex of various colors with many cations. Its aqueous solution is dark purple, dark blue in alkaline solution, red in combination with calcium ion, and colorless in acid solution. Slightly soluble in cold water, the aqueous solution is easy to deteriorate, insoluble in diol and ether.
N,N-Diethyl-p-phenylenediamine Sulfate
White or reddish crystals. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol. It is easily oxidized and pink. The melting point is 184-186 ℃.
O-Cresolphthalein
White or red yellow crystalline powder. Melting point 223 ℃, soluble in ethanol, ether, glacial acetic acid, soluble in dilute alkali, purple, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in benzene.
O-Cresolphthalein Complexone
O-methylphenolphthalein, also known as o-methylphenolphthalein (c22h18o4mol346.38), is a white or yellow powder, easily soluble in ethanol and ether; insoluble in water, soluble in dilute alkali and blue, with a pH value of 8.2-9.8 (color from colorless to red); the maximum absorption peak is 566 (381) mm. O-cresol phthalein complex is not only a metal complex indicator, but also an acid-base indicator. Chelate with calcium and magnesium in acid solution to form purplish red chelate.
O-Phenanthroline
It is a common ligand for spectrometric determination of metals and spectral analysis of CO2 reduction. It can also be used as a redox indicator and a reagent for the determination of ferrotitanium.
O-Phenanthroline Monohydrochloride Monohydrate
Different from phenanthroline, o-phenanthroline hydrochloride is a white acicular crystal with luster. The solubility of water is very high, soluble in ethanol, insoluble in general non-polar solvent.

A versatile nonionic surfactant used to restore membrane components under mild denaturation conditions.
Oxalic Acid Dihydrate
This product is colorless and transparent monoclinic crystal system. It usually exists as dihydrate. Melting point 101-102 ℃. Relative density (19 ℃) 1.65. Refractive index 1.440. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ether and ethanol. 157 ℃ sublimation. Dihydrate is easily weathered and dehydrated to form anhydrous oxalic acid. The melting point of anhydrous substance is 189.5 ℃ (decomposition).
