1,1-Dichloro-2,2,2-trifluoroethane
Mainly used in refrigeration system or as foaming agent (mainly polyurethane foaming agent) and cleaning agent
1,3,3,3-TETRAFLUOROPROP-1-ENE
Colorless combustible gas under normal temperature and pressure.
2,3,3,3-TETRAFLUOROPROPENE
Widely used in new refrigeration equipment (ultra-low temperature, deep cold) in the process of initial installation and maintenance of re add.
Carbon Tetrafluoride
Tetrafluoromethane, also known as carbon tetrafluoride, is colorless, tasteless and odorless. Insoluble in water, 0.0015 at 25 ℃ under normal pressure, soluble in chloroform and benzene. This product is non-toxic and non combustible. High concentration has anesthetic effect. The high-purity gas and its mixture with high-purity oxygen are the most widely used plasma etching gas in microelectronics industry, and can also be used as low-temperature refrigerant and insulation medium. It is inert to many reagents and does not hydrolyze at 1000 ℃. It does not react with copper, nickel and tungsten at room temperature. Because of the strong chemical stability of the C-F bond, the perfluorocarbons represented by CF4 can be considered to be basically nontoxic.
HCFC-124
Widely used in new refrigeration equipment (ultra-low temperature, deep cold) in the process of initial installation and maintenance of re add.
HFC-245FA
The third generation instead of foaming agent, instead of CFC, HCFC rigid polyurethane foam plastics foaming agent, used for fridge, plate polyurethane insulation material foaming.
N-Butane
A gaseous alkane with the molecular formula C4H10. In oil and gas. There are two isomers: straight chain n-butane and branched isobutane. Both of them are colorless combustible gases at normal temperature and pressure.
PROPYLENE
Widely used in new refrigeration equipment (ultra-low temperature, deep cold) in the process of initial installation and maintenance of re add.
R12
Dichlorodifluoromethane CCL2F2, commonly known as Freon 12. Colorless, odorless, non corrosive gas, stable chemical properties, non ignition, non-toxic. Soluble in a variety of organic solvents. It is easy to compress into liquid, and vaporize immediately when pressure is relieved. At the same time, it absorbs a lot of heat energy, so it is a good refrigerant.
R134a
Tetrafluoroethane, commonly known as R134a, HFC134a and HFC-134a, is a colorless, nontoxic and incombustible chemical substance, insoluble in water (67mg / L, 25 ℃), soluble in ether, with a ozone depletion potential of 0. Its thermodynamic performance is very similar to that of CFC-12, comparable to that of CFC-12 in safety, and has been recognized as the best substitute for CFC-12.
R143a
1,1,1-trifluoroethane, commonly known as hfc143a. The ODP of trifluoroethane is 0, which has no damage to the ozone layer. It is an important part of the new mixed refrigerants r-404a, R-408a and r-507a, and can also be used as deep refrigerants alone. It can be used as refrigerant and is an important component to replace r-502.
R152a
1,1-difluoroethane, commonly known as HFC-152a, is an important organic fluorine industrial product. It is a colorless gas with weak odor, insoluble in water, but soluble in alcohol and ether solvents, with a boiling point of - 24.7 ℃. It is a low toxic chemical, with anesthetic effect and flammability in high content. It will react violently in case of strong oxidant. Difluoroethane is an important raw material for the production of fluoroethylene and vinylidene fluoride. It can also be used as refrigerant and aircraft propellant. The ODP of HFC-152a is 0, and the GWP is 0.03.
