Function:

central diabetes insipidus, nocturnal enuresis and hemophilia, also used for kidney urine concentration function test. Also used for postoperative bleeding.

Dosage and administration:

Control hemorrhage or to prevent bleeding before invasive surgery: 0.3 ug/kg body weight, subcutaneous drug or diluted with normal saline to 50-100 ml, intravenous drip in 15 to 30 minutes. If curative effect is positive, can according to the initial dose of 6 to 12 hours repeat dosing 1-2 times, further repeat dosing may be less effective. Hemophiliac VIII: C concentration reaches expected value according to the principle of the same as the use factor VIII concentrate to estimate, during the medication should be conducted on a regular basis VIII: the concentration of C tracking monitoring, because of some leap, repeated to lower after the drug efficacy against nanchang. If intravenous drip annotated medicine didn’t make VIII in plasma; C concentration reaches the expected increase, should add with factor VIII concentrate for treatment. For the treatment of patients with hemophilia, should refer to the coagulation test results for each patient to determine treatment plan.
