Pemetrexed disodium is a multi-target anti folate preparation with pyrrolidine group as its core structure. It is a double inhibitor of nucleotide synthetase / dihydrofolate reductase. It can inhibit cell recovery by destroying the normal metabolism of folate dependence in cells It can block three different enzyme targets which are important for the survival of cancer cells at the same time, so as to inhibit the growth of tumor.
