2. Na + ion carrier; blocking glycoprotein secretion; possibly inducing catecholamine secretion of chromaffin cells. It is used in the study of potential and spectroscopy of alkali metal ion complexes.
3. It is mainly used in the early life cycle of coccidia (from sporozoite to the first generation schizonite), which can interfere with the normal exchange of sodium and potassium ions in coccidia cells, and make a large number of sodium ions enter the cells, resulting in the increase of sodium ion concentration and osmotic pressure in the cells. The ion concentration inside and outside the cell is out of balance, the metabolism is disordered and the cell energy is exhausted. In addition, due to the increase of intracellular ions, a large amount of water infiltrates into the cell, causing the cell to swell and finally rupture.
